Here are some pictures from recent events. We are about projects, prayer and partnership across Jamaica. Our primary projects are the Garland Hall Home for Children in Saint James and our Safe Shelter as well as by offering support to the JBU Horizon Home for the Aged. Garland Hall Home for Children
This home located in Anchovy, Saint James and staffed by committed and loving people provides shelter and support for children who need a safe space to live and attend school.
Sectional Meeting during JBU General Assembly
An annual gathering of the women of the church during the JBU General Assembly. It is a business meeting where we update our sisters on our activities.
JBWF Dr. Sylvia Lowe Memorial Scholarship
Each year, the JBWF awards a JM$250,000 scholarship to a tertiary female student from a parish towards their academic pursuits.
CBWU Conference
The JBWF is part of the Caribbean Baptist Women's Union and makes representation each year at their Annual Conference, wherever in the region it is held. This is the contingent that attended the conference in the Turks & Caicos Islands in 2024.
